Third-Party Safety Attendants
KT Maintenance Company, Inc. takes great pride in providing professional, third-party, Safety Attendants to our Clients within the Petrochemical and Oil and Gas Refining Industry. The third-party safety attendant brings certain intangible qualities to our Clients’ projects; resulting in reduced incidents/recordables.
Every KTM Safety Attendant is trained to understand the gravity of his or her job; assuring the proper safe work permit is in place and all recognized hazards have been mitigated prior to the onset of any task. The Safety Attendant is responsible for continually monitoring and protecting contractor workers, whether those workers are working within a confined space, with or without fresh air, or performing hotwork on the ground or on a tower. The Safety Attendant maintains safety documentation; recording any suspicious or potentially hazardous conditions; and, activating emergency procedures, if necessary.
